Iran Takes Part in Ankara Theater Festival
IRAN THEATER – Subsided by the city of Tabriz, The Iranian artists will participate in the Ankara International Theater Festival with two productions named Sara and Norouz.
"We will stage two plays in the Ankara International Theater Festival on November 24". Said Farzin Reyhani Rad. "I have written and directed one of them called Norouz and the other one, Sara has been written and directed by Yaqub Sediq Jamali".
The two stage productions have been chosen between thirteen other Iranian performances and both of them will hit the stage on November 24 at the State Theater of Ankara.
"Norouz is on the Iranian rituals of the new year." Affirmed Reyhani. "And Sara is based on a folkloric Azerbaijani story."
"Norouz will feature Zhila Al Reshad and set is designed by Jamal Souzande." He continued.
"Sara features Saed Hamed, Fatima Mohamadi, Ziba Faraji and Mohammad Taqi Spoutin."
The 16th International Ankara Theater Festival which started November 18 will continue until November 28.
