Call for 7 Int’l Theatre Events in Romania

The event, which is jointly scheduled by the two important international organizations, will be held in the Romania’s cities of Sinaia and Bucharest on 3-12 September 2012.

The Romania-based events include the World Festival of Theatre Schools, the World Conference of Theatre Schools Directors, the UNESCO/ITI Chair Regional Conferences, the GATS Conference and the GATS Symposium.

The official theme of the performances to be presented in the World Festival is Exodus, which was chosen by the World Conference of Theatre School Directors in Lima, Peru in 2010.

The festival will exceptionally can accept performances in another theme due to the late date of announcement.

The duration of performances should not exceed 50 minutes and they should have four students in the cast of actors.

Directors/Rectors/Presidents or Observers interested in participating in all seven programs of the nine-day event must pay a participation fee of €1350.

The amount is paid for services including hotel accommodation (single room), full
board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), free transfers to and from the International
Airport in Bucharest (21 km x 2 rides), transfers to Sinaia, Bran, Brasov and back
to Bucharest (a total of 500 km), city tour in Bucharest, free entry to all museums
and cultural locations included in the program.

Meanwhile, participation fee for a delegation of four students plus one professor
interested in participation in the World Festival of Theatre Schools is €3900.
The fee will cover hotel accommodation in single rooms for the professors
    throughout the stay, and accommodation in triple rooms for the students at the
hotel in Sinaia and at a (postgrad) student hostel in Bucharest; full board
(breakfast, lunch and dinner), free transfers to and from the International Airport in
Bucharest (21 km x 2 rides), transfers to Sinaia, Bran, Brasov and back to
Bucharest (a total of 500 km), city tour in Bucharest, free entry to all museums and
cultural locations included in the program, free participation in all Master Classes
 included in the program of the Festival.
Any observer with student status must pay a fee of €750. The fee includes
Accommodation in triple rooms and all facilities mention for student
delegations.
The Application Charts and 50 percent of the participation fees must be sent not
later than May 25, 2012.
The remaining 50 percent shall be paid in cash in Bucharest upon arrival.
Participants or delegations that pay full participation fee by May 25, 2012 are
entitled to a 10-percent discount, namely €135 for individual participations,
 €390 for delegations and €75 for extra-students.
It should be regarded in the case of payments made through bank transfer, all bank
commissions will be handled by the participant.
