Indian Fest to Host “Garbage Revolution”

 “Garbage Revolution”, written by Asghar Khalili and directed by Mojtaba Khalili, is going to perform in Ryan Scot festival in India.

Mojtaba Khalili told Iran Theater website that the silent play was set to be performed in the festival for one week during the Iranian month of Aban (Oct. 22-Nov. 20).
He added that this play had begun performance in Tonkabon, Mazandaran province in northern Iran with the cooperation of Tonkabon Municipality and Culture and Islamic Guidance Department since July 27.
Khalili said “Garbage Revolution” had two performances in Ramsar yesterday and was planned to be performed two times in Tonkabon’s Mother, Kowsar and Karimabad parks and Emam Square.
The silent play, which had no unique story and was performed with the music, was dealing with the environment and citizenship to talk about the approach of people to their environment, the director said.
Khalili said Samaneh Aghazamani, Mojtaba Vashian, Jalileh Shariatifar, Kian Esmaeil were playing in “Garbage Revolution”. Hossein Ghasemi, Amir-Hossein Hosseinian and Masoud Rahini are the music team members and Mahtab Shokrian the spokesperson and Amir A’ataei the photographer of the festival.
