Pari Saberi: Everyone Likes to Speak in Sa’adi Language in Worldwide

Iran Theater- Name of Pari Saberi has tied with ancient literature of Iran for many years. Theatres that she directed based on life and works of Iranian poets or theosophists were mostly welcomed by people. They were performed during last three decades.
Now she tracked Sa’adi after Ferdowsi, Attar, Hafiz, Mowlana(Rumi), and many others. Pari Saberi talked about situation of this great poet in Iran and world: “Sa’adi is on peak of Persian literature. He is poet and moral teacher; someone who has drowned life in the best way in his works and this is because of hard and different life he has had.”

 “He lost his parents in his childhood and be witness of Moguls’ attack to Iran and his homeland, so he left his land and travelled; a travel which built him and reached him to a higher position. Many times he faced with injustice and passed many bad events but his greatness is seen just right here. He bored everything because of his love to life and by passing these processes he reached to a position which nobody in Persian literature even in world could reach it. Because of these specialties everybody likes him in the world.”  The director explained about Sa’adi’s life.

Saberi exemplified: “everybody wants to speak in Sa’adi’s language from Mary François Sa’adi Carno one of the France presidents who took her name from this Iranian poet to BarakHossein Obama, the US president. Because of it when Obama wants to give a friendship hand to Iranian’s uses this verse of Sa’adi: “The children of humanity are each other limbs, that shares an origin in their creator"

“I had an overall view to Iranian history and life in this play. Something like attack of Moguls and some bloody events which happened during that time which were catastrophic. I had to retell Sa’adi’s vision to these events. In fact, I tried to draw aspects and important points which were signs of his life, love and vision.” This writer and director explained.
