Artists of Germany and Spain in Tehran Puppet Theatre Festival
The silent play “Dancing Hands” is a play by Spanish artists and “Nose Solo” by German artists will be performed in Tehran Puppet Theatre Festival
Iran Theater- in the play “Dancing Hands” artists try to show the familiar story of life to death by using their hands and balloons. According to the director of “Dancing Hands” this play is a creative one for families which has used balloon technique in it.
Also the play “Nose Solo” by a famous German artist Catherine Colt which is for children and uses the cover technique.
“Nose Solo” is 40 minutes and its director said: “A blanket goes out for a walk…but is it really? A blanket? A worm?”
This play has been performed in different European festivals and has won many prizes. Two puppeteers are in the play.
15th Tehran International Puppet Theatre Festival-Mobarak will be held in 14-21 September in directorship of MArziyeh Boroumand in Tehran.
