The status of art of theater has always been esteemed specially because of its potential of direct interaction with the audience and its capacity improvisation and relating the play to particular situations.

Great artists in the history have been able to get to the bottom of different secrets and techniques of their art and be respected accordingly.

There is no doubt that these artists made use of this unique capacity of life in their childhood and filled this period of their lives with these matchless experiences. The essence of all these studies, experiences and artistic achievements must be efficiently applied in the theater for children and youth so that this priceless heritage of veteran theater artists is passed down to young art students. Hopefully, this interaction leads to the production of valuable works of art adapted to children and youths’ cultural and educational needs and also provision of facilities (with necessary planning and support) for presenting and performing these theatrical works in a wider scope in the society. 

A project like the one leading up to this Theater Festival for Children and Youth relies on the support and benevolence of a large number of people including the founders, executives, contributors and dear guest of this event who have thoroughly understood the significance of their field of work and made the 21^st International Theater Festival for Children and Youth possible. I would like to honestly thank all these great people and wish them more and more successes and achievements in the future.
