Borhani Marand: Arthur Miller’s “Death of Salesman” Has Global Subject
In press conference of “Death of Salesman”, Nader Borhani Marand defended of reproduction of works because the essentiality of every theatre band is dynamic activity and continuity in performing works.
Iran Theatre- In press conference of “Death of Salesman” written by Arthur Miller , Nader Borhani Marand, director and the cast of the play were present in City Theatre Copmlex on November 8th.
In beginning of the conference, Borhani Marand who had directed “Death of Salesman” ten years ago said that reproduction of a play is very common all over the world and added: “I defend of reproduction of works because the essentiality of every theatre band is dynamic activity and continuity in performing works.”
He pointed to this issue that re-performing of “Death of Salesman” is the result of his mental and artistic changing and evolutions said:” The play has had aesthetic changing and you can see the passage of time in it. However, you can find the spirit of Arthur Miller in it while it had many changes. The play has a global subject that never will be died for the audience.”
“Death of Salesman” written by Arthur Miller and directed by Nder Borhani Marand will be performed in City Theatre Conference from November 9th at 7 p.m.
