“City Theater is the country’s largest theater place, which has always occupied a special status in production and performance of dramatic works. Enduring works by Iran’s legendary theater figures are etched in the history of the complex.

Management of the complex requires artistic wisdom and prudence given its multilayered connection with artists, theater groups and audience on the one hand and technical and administrative colleagues on the other hand. It is sine qua non that the best and most correct decisions are taken for the complex based on the planning coupled with benefitting from expertise views and based on respect. Improving the administrative structure, making the rules and regulations more transparent, being questionable towards clients in addition to smart art management and a precise roadmap for theater performance and improving the reputation of different halls of the complex can help tap existing potentials of the complex and increase satisfaction of artists and audience.  Special attention must be paid to introduce the plays, programs and effective advertisement must be worked out to increase the audience of the plays performed in the complex and strengthen the active theater group. Such measures could eventually boost the country’s dramatic art.

According to this decree and given your experience and executive and management background and without change in your administrative status, you are appointed as the head of the City Theater.

It is hoped you will be successful in this new portfolio under the mercy of the God and with the help from the guidance of artists and experts.”
