Puppet Festival Has Become Mature
Ali Moradkhani, deputy minister of culture and Islamic guidance for art affairs, issued a message to the Tehran-Mobarak 16th International Puppet Festival.
The message by Mr Moradkhani as follows; irantheater.ir reported.
“Art and artistic creation are undoubtedly the most beautiful events in the world, which are born thanks to the God-given talent, perseverance and the love for the art by the artists.
Puppetry has secured a valuable status in the world due to its diversity, influence, intimacy, honesty and simplicity in the world. The artists and performers of the puppetry create unique images with their imaginations, which deserve to be praised.
Tehran-Mobarak International Puppet Festival has reached maturity thanks to the valuable experience of Iran puppet shows, and its noted artists and professors as well as creativity and efforts of the youngsters. This success will double the responsibility of the art officials and the big family of the puppet shows to shine the blue sky of puppets and puppetry stages.
I pay tribute to the valuable efforts taken by the respected secretary and all organizers of Tehran-Mobarak 16th International Puppet Festival, pray God to bless the artists of the country and wish a bright future for them.”
