Noted Actor Passes Away
The body of Davoud Rashidi will be laid to rest from Vahdat Hall to artist section of Beheshte Zahra (SA) cemetery on Sunday morning.
The noted theater and cinema actor passed away today, ISNA reported, according to irantheater.ir
The memorial service for the legendary artist will be held on Tuesday at Shahrake Gharb Grand Mosque at 18-19:30.
The 83-year-old actor had the first degree emblem of the art and culture.
The theater pieces he played include “Waiting for Godot”, “Richard III”, “Minus Two” and “Who Is My Schmitt?”
His movies are “Kamal-ol Molk” and “Visit with Parrot” as well as TV series of “The Land of Love”, “Hezardastan”, “The Scent of Jasmine”.
He was suffering from Alzheimer in recent years.
