Marzieh Boroumand, Secretary of Tehran-Mobarak 17th International Puppet Festival

The closing ceremony of the Tehran-Mobarak 16^th International Puppet Festival was held this week while director of the Dramatic Arts Center, Mehdi Shafiei, reappointed Marzieh Boroumand as the secretary of the next edition.
