30 Photos to Be Exhibited

Mehdi Ashena said that 353 by 36 photographers had been submitted for the section of which 30 photos of 18 photographers to be put on display, irantheater.ir reported.

He added that Masoud Mirmiri, Abdolrahman Rafati, Shahriar Akbarieh, Milad Beheshti, Sanaz Daryani, Iman Hamikhah, Pouria Pakizeh, Tabasom Argi, Ehsan Majidi, Atefeh Arani, Kiarash Mosayebi will have one photos each at the exhibition. The secretary of the section said Mona Tehranimoghaddam, Mahyar Nikpour, Samaneh Jouya, Saina Qaderi will put two photos on display. Seyyed Ziaoddin Safavian, Maryam Malekmokhtar will exhibit three photos and Maryam Ghahremanizadeh will diplay five photos.

Mr Ashena said that the section was international and it was planned to pay $1000 to the top awards for each section of photo and poster. But no foreign artists submitted works to festival, making the festival to change the awards to 2m tomans for the top prize, 1m tomans for the second rank and 800,000 tomans for the third place.

Hamid Jebeli, Seifollah Samadian and Siamak Zomorodi-Motlaq will name the top awards as the jury members.

The 23^rd Hamedan International Children & Young Adults Theater Festival will take place on December 12-18. Shahram Karami is the secretary of the festival.

The city would host about 400 Iranian and foreign guests during the festival.Foreign participants were from South Korea, Czech Republic, Russia, Australia, Sweden, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Germany, France and South Africa.
