Call for Participation in Eugenio Barba and Odin Teatret Workshops
Dramatic Arts Center has called on artists, critics and researchers to attend two Master Classes and two workshops by Eugenio Barba and Odin Teatret.
Dramatic Arts Center will hold two Master Classes and two workshops in Tehran with the cooperation of Odin Teatret and Eugenio Barba from February 5 to February 8, irantheater.ir reported.
The interested artists, critics and researchers are invited to register for attending the workshops not later than January 29. The deadline will not be extended due to need for translation of documents and finalizing the registration of final participants.
The final participants will be chosen following consultations with Odin Teatret.
The interested individuals must fill the application and attach one photo in an email sent to Sassan Pirouz, director of the educational workshops at sasan.pirouz@gmail.com.
Eugenio Barba is one of the internationally-known contemporary theater figures and founder of the famous Odin Teatret.
Mr Barba will accompany the Odin Teatret ensemble where they will present the most recent ensemble performance The Tree, two solo performances, give two Master Classes and two workshops during their weeklong stay.
