Mohammad Rezaei Rad Proposes
“The Last Dream” Will Be Staged in Moje No Theater

“The Last Dream” will start performance in Moje No Theater since February 5.
The piece, which is part of figures project, is headed by Mohammad Rezaei Rad. It will have five days of performances in Moje No Theater based on Mr Rezaei Rad suggestion, irantheater.ir reported.
Figures project is a side section of MonoLeev Independent Festival, which is founded by the Leev theater troupe. The project will admit top writings on contemporary or historical noted figures of Mohammad Rezaei Rad workshop.
“The Last Dream” pictures the last moments of an individual sentenced to death. The individual has always cherished and sacrificed the death but he is facing reality now. Facing the death, he put question on all his thoughts as he has never predicted choosing a material love over the divine love would push him to this situation…
Soheil Zohrabi, director of “The Last Dream”, said that he tried to picture the sophisticated moments of a writer/mystic facing himself. “All of us can think reasonably and beautifully when facing a mental challenge but we change when we are pushed into a real situation,” he argued.
The director explained that his play was telling the story of Einol Ghozate Hamedani, a historical mystic, when he faced the two eternal subjects; death and love.
“The Last Dream” is directed by Soheil Zohrabi and written by Reza Pilgah. It is performed by Titus Ensemble. Ahmad Azimi, Akbar Hayati and Mojtaba Jamshidi play in the piece.
Other crew members are Atiye Sadat Jafarnia, poster and brochure designer, Reza Anisi, sound designer, Sajjad Zangeneh, lighting designer and Kimia Khatibzadeh public relations officer.
The performances will continue until Thursday, February 9 at 19.
