1st Day of International Seminar on Potential of Independent Sector in Theater
Speech by Deputy Culture Minister on Necessities of Relationship between State & Private Sectors
International Seminar on Potential of Independent Sector in Theater will officially open on Sunday, March 5 in Tehran City Complex's Mashahir Hall. Ali Moradkhani, deputy culture minister for artistic affairs, will deliver the opening speech.
The three-day seminar will open at the presence of Ali Moradkhani, deputy culture minister for artistic affairs, experts, researchers, academics, members of cultural institutions and performing arts producers, irantheater.ir reported. Mr Moradkhani will talk about the necessities of the relationship between state and private sectors at the opening ceremony. The event will continue with two panel discussions and presentation of six articles from Russia, Italy, Mexico, Azerbaijan Republic and Iran.
The seminar, which will be attended by researchers from 14 countries, will run until March 7.
It will host eight panel discussions on topic including "Successful Cases in Non-Governmental Theater", "Necessities, Regulations and Obstacles to Non-Governmental Theater", "The Role of Universities in Boosting Non-Governmental Theater's Activities", "The Relationship between Private and State-Funded Theater", "Identifying the Potential of Non-Governmental Theater (Marketing, Developing Venues, Advertising, and Dissemination of Information and …)" and "The Role of Audience in Private Theater".
