Seyed Aavaat Hesami Executive Secretary of Mariwan Theater Festival

Given the record of Mr Hesami in the field of management and research in the previous editions, Mr Badparva appointed him to the portfolio, irantheater.ir reported.

Respectfully, given your commitment, expertise and valuable experience in the field of management and research in the previous editions Mariwan International Street Theater Festival, you are appointed as the executive director of the 12^th Mariwan International Street Theater Festival, Mr Badparva said.

It is hoped you will be successful in fulfilling your obligations of the job under the blessing of God Almighty through constructive cooperation with artists and benefiting from potentials and capacities.

Seyed Aavaat Hesami holds a master’s degree in sociology. He was a member of Research Council of the Kurdistan Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance and acting head of Mariwan and Sarvabad offices of Culture and Islamic Guidance.

Mr Hesami was the executive secretary of the 7^th Mariwan International Street Theater Festival. He presented research articles to the ninth and tenth editions of the festival too. He received awards for the articles.

The 12^th Mariwan International Street Theater Festival will be held in the western Iranian city of Mariwan in September or October 2017.
