Namayesh House to Open with "The Glass Menagerie" in Persian New Year
Namayesh House will open its Persian New Year pieces with "The Glass Menagerie", a five-character play by Tennessee Williams.
Michael Sharestani will direct "The Glass Menagerie" while his students will play in the show, irantheater.ir reported.
Mohammad Qorbani, Maryam Mohammad Rahimifard, Hasti Moslemzadeh, Behrouz Ebadi, Maryam Mehdizadeh, Shima Saadatzadpour, Dariush Ahmadi and Zahra Ahmadi will act in the play.
The graphic designer and dramaturge of the play is Michael Shahrestani. Ramona Radi is the set designer, Shirin Farkhondenejad the costume designer and Mojtaba Givian the lighting designer.
Mehdi Arjomand is assistant director, Dorsa Shahrestani composer, Soheila Javadi the make-up designer, Reza Nadi make-up artist and Babak Haqi and Bahador Bastan the photographer.
The piece will be performed every day except for Saturdays at 8:00 pm.
