Baran Theater Company will hold 1st Intercultural Festival with the cooperation of Teatro Potlach from April 23 to May 5 in Tehran.
Plays from Italy and Japan will be performed in the festival, using culture, technology, language as intercultural mediums of communication, irantheater.ir reported.
Pino Di Buduo and members of Teatro Potlach and Keiin Yoshimura stay in Tehran for ten days to have master classes for the interested people.
The 1st Intercultural Festival will have three plays including "The First 100 Years of Edith Piaff", “Suspended Tread” and “Sakura (Cherry Blossom).
Nathalie Mentha from Teatror Potlach will have four shows for women, telling the story of the legendary Frencg singer.
Teatror Potlach is produced the play, which is directed by Pino Di Buduo and supported by Baran Theater Company.
Edith Piaff was at the peak of her success in 1940s and 1950s.
“Sakura” tells about the tragedy of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
“Suspended Tread” is directed by Pino Di Buduo. Nathalie Mentha، Keiin Yoshimura، Zsofia Gulyas play in the show. The play is the story of love and poem in which three characters blend in. It is a friendly, romantic, comprehensive and simple play.
The students of the master classes of Pino Di Buduo will also have a major performance titled “Unseen City”.
