Jalal Tehrani on “A Man’s a Man”:
Dealing with Brecht Not Easy

Jalal Tehrani, Ali Abedi, Javad Khoursha, Shahram Alidi, Bahman Roozbehani and Ali Asghari watched “A Man’s a Man” as guest audience on Saturday.
Habibollah Danesh, director of the play, dedicated the show to renowned director Jalal Tehrani after the show.
Mr Tehrani said that he was looking forward seeing a direction of Habibollah Danesh, a beloved and respected director, for years. “He has a genuine and unique creativity. I am so happy he had finally had to direct a play under peer pressure while the young cast managed to act stunningly,” Mr Tehrani said.
About the play, Mr Tehrani said that dealing with Brecht was not easy and it seemed the group could do it perfectly.
The director of “Autumn Sonata” also praised the play’s music by Sadegh Hossein and Mohsen Hossein, adding that the whole show was consistent, impressive and pleasant while teaching lessons.
Hassan Borjaki, Farzaneh Jamalzadeh, Fariba Rasouli, Ali Asghar Zarei, Mohammad Reza Salehi, Sadegh Talei, Abbas Tabatabaei, Hassan Fazli, Negar Mohammadzadeh, Abbas Nourmohammadi and Fariborz Vahedi star in “A Man Is a Man”.
The play, by the German modernist playwright Bertolt Brecht, has show every day at Mowlavi Hall at 20:30.
