Iran International University Theater Festival & a Private Producer Sign Contract
1.2bn Rls Financial Support for 5 Plays
An agreement was signed between secretariat of Iran International University Theater Festival and Hadi Alimohammadi to produce the top five plays of the 20th edition of the event.
Following consultations, the secretariat of the festival clinched the agreement to encourage private sector's supports of its top plays, irantheater.ir reported.
Mr Alimohammadi agreed to allocate 1.5bn rials for five top plays of the festival. Also, tiwall.com had earlier agreed to advertise and sell tickets of these plays for free.
The plays include "Domestic Chores", "Summer", "Majlese Mokhtalefkhani", "Matter" and "u+263f".
The 20th Iran International University Theater Festival took place in Tehran from May 5 to 13. Festival secretary is Mehdi Gomar.
