Khorramshahr Liberation Theater Festival: Final List

Secretariat of 20th Khorramshahr Liberation Theater Festival revealed the final list after review.

The jury members of 20th Khorramshahr Liberation Theater Festival, which will be held from July 1 to 5 in Khuzestan province, reviewed the submission and announced the finalists. Participation of four out of nine plays are conditioned, irantheater.ir reported.

“Bride” by Masoud Ebrahimi from Isfahan

“I Should Go” by Sahar Mohseni from Sari, Mazandaran province

“Tourism” by Mahmoud Isapour from Karaj, Alborz province

“War under the Skin of My Mother and I” by Behnam Kavegoei from Abadan, Arvand

“These Days” by Payam Azizi from Shazand, Markazi province

The plays which are admitted conditionally are;

“Memories Which Will Not Be Forgotten” by Pejman Mehrabpour from Minoushahr, Arvand

“Tear the Model of Practice” by Abdolhossein Jalilnasab from Khorramshahr, Arvand

“Noreddin” by Abolfazl Ojaghpour Mahmoudi from Tabiz, East Azarbaijan province

“Behind the Wall Whispers” by Marjan Qasemi from Dehloran, Ilam province

The 20th Khorramshahr Liberation Theater Festival will take place from July 1 to 5 in cities of Khorramshahr and Abadan in southeastern province of Khuzestan. Both cities had been among the war fronts during the bloody Iran-Iraq war (1980-1988). Homayoun Qanavai is the secretary of the event.
