Over 2500 Spectators See Ali Sarabi’s Performances in 5 Days
“Yester Day” Over with Yaghoubi’s “One Minute of Silence”

“Yester Day”, directed by Ali Sarabi, is set to close today performances with "One Minute of Silence" written by Mohammad Yaghoubi.
Ali Sarabi has started directing five plays on June 8 following its successful direction of "God of Carnage" in Moataghel (Independent) and Paliz Theaters.
"Afra or Day Passes" written by Bahram Beyzai, "One Minute of Silence" written by Mohammad Yaghoubi, "Tehran under the Wings of Angels" written by Nader Borhani Marand, "It Does Not Snow in Egypt" written by Mohammad Charmshir and "Cooing of Holy Shrine's Doves" written by Alireza Naderi, are the five plays have read and directed.
40 actors and actresses including Roya Teimorian, Roya Nonahali, Sahar Dolatshahi, Amir Aghaei, Nazanin Bayati, Parinaz Izadyar, Babak Karimi and Mehrdad Sadighian have read and performed the plays.
The duration of each play have been 10 to 15 minutes. All plays have been from 1990s. Atousa Qalamfarsaei has been the set designer, Fardin Khalatbari the composer, Shima Moradi production assistant, Mohammad Reza Ale Taha and Davoud Vandadeh the set directors and Noreddin Haydari Maher is the project manager.
The five-day program have been performed every day at 19:00 in the City Theater Complex.
More than 2500 spectators have watched the plays in five days.
