A Play in Two Languages at Ostad Enterzami House Museum
Dariush Moaddabian to Stage Andre Praga’s “The Waiting Room”
Dariush Moaddabian, noted director and translator, will stage “The Waiting Room” (Salle D’Attente), which is written by Belgian writer Andre Praga, at Ostad Entezami House Museum in the capital Tehran.
The bilingual play will be performed by People Theater Group at Ostad Entezami House Museum. The group, which is headed by Mr Moaddabian and affiliated to Ostad Entezami House Museum, has so far performed plays by Chekhov and Brecht, Iran Theater reported.
Hamid Reza Agahi, Hasti Razzazchian, Mehrnaz Abbasi, Sepideh Gholami, Saeed Askari, Dariush Moaddabian, Ashkan Mirza Shafie’, Negar Niknami and Soheila Ghaffarirad are the performers.
“The Waiting Room”, which is about four women meeting at the waiting room of a physician, have performances on July 23-25-27-29 at 20:30.
