4 Stage Plays, One Pardeh Khani

The second day of the 12th Annual RAZAVI National Theater Festival opens on Monday with one Pardeh Khani by master Madahnia and four stage plays in two halls of Bojnourd in northeastern Iran.

“It’s a Rainy Cloud”, which is written and directed by Asghar Graousi from Shiraz, is being performed on Monday -the second day of the festival- at Shams Hall of the city at 9:00 and 11:00 am, Iran Theater reported. The play is one hour.

Meanwhile, Shams Hall will host “Chenar Laleh”, which is written and directed by Mahdi Ashough from Andimeshk. The 75-minute show will be performed at 18:30 and 20:30.

“Esmail”, which is written and directed by Sina Shafiee from Karaj, is being performed at Golshan Hall. The 75-minute performance is at 9:00 and 11:00 am. “Breaking the Talsiman”, which is written and directed by Mohammad Reza Shahmardi from Qom, will be performed at Golshan Hall at 18:30 and 20:30. The show is one and half an hour. 

Goshan Hall will host Pardeh Khani (a form of Iranian traditional and religious art. The storytellers read off screen/curtain/canvas to tell stories.) by master Hossein Madahnia today at 20:00.

The workshops of the festival will be run by Arash Dadgar at 16:00 today at Negine Shahr Hotel.

The festival will close on August 2.
