5 Children Plays Performed

Five street plays had been performed for children at the Lahijan 8th Shahrvand Street Theater Festival in the northern city.
The performances for children at the Lahijan 8th Shahrvand Street Theater Festival were welcomed by the people, Iran Theater reported.
The festival hosted children plays competition as the jury members review the works.
Interested children encouraged the organizers to keep children section for the next editions of the festival.
Children performances include;
"Kachoul and Internet Monster", written by Yousef Shokouhi and Mohammad Bijaninasab, directed by Mohammad Bijani Nasab from Fasa
"Witch of Trash City", written Maysam Sarabadani, directed by Mahsa Aftahi from Tafresh
"Bough, Bough", written by Mohammad Reza Jafari Lafout, directed by Maryam Mahdipour from Astaneh Ashrafieh
"Who's Real Friend?", written and directed by Faramarz Gholamian from Gonaveh
"Tale", group writers, directed by Hossein Naderi from Kermanshah (conditioned)
Five plays were reviewed in Honar Park by the jury members including Ila Nobakht, Hesameddin Soleimani, Amir Mahdi Mohammad Alinia and Mehdi Behshad.
The subjects of the festival include citizenship, theme of the year, social disorders and encouraging the book reading.
Northern city of Lajihan hosts the festival from August 16 to 19.
