Deputy Minister to Open 6th Seminar of 18th Ritual/Traditional Theater Festival
Sixth International Seminar of the 18th Ritual/Traditional Theater Festival will open on Wednesday, August 30 with the participation of Ali Moradkhani, deputy minister of culture and Islamic Guidance.
Dr Mohammad Hossein Naserbakht is the secretary of the festival. The opening ceremony will start with the speeches of Mr Naserbakhat, followed by Mr Mordakhani, Mahdi Shafiee, director general of Dramatic Arts Center, and Davoud Fathalibeigi, secretary of the festival, Iran Theater reported.
The two-day seminar will begin at 9 am at Mashahir Hall of the City Theater Complex.
Dr Qotbeddin Sadeghi, Ghazal Rahmanpour, Dr Farhad Mohandespour, and Ramtin Shahbazi will present their articles as speeches.
The 18th TraditionalRitual Theater Festival will open on August 30 in Tehran in which 20 women directors as well as 11 child and adolescent naghal (storyteller) will take part.
Davoud Fathalibeigi is the secretary of the festival, which will run until September 6.
