Iran Theater-The opening ceremony of the 19th Ritual and Traditional Theater Festival was held at the Tabatabai House in Kashan. At the ceremony Seyed Mojtaba Hosseini, Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, said: "The birthplace of the play is rituals. Traditional have long been regarded as an element of cognition and a form of recording beliefs, rituals and history.

In the presence of Seyed Mojtaba Hosseini, Deputy Minister of Culture of Islamic Art, Shahram Karami, Director of Performing Arts Center, a group of Art Directors of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Managers of Kashan and Isfahan, People and Artists of Kashan , the  19th Ritual and Traditional Theater Festival was opened at the Tabatabai House in Kashan on August 11.

Seyed Mojtaba Hosseini, Artistic Deputy of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Davood Fath Ali Beigi, Secretary of Festival, Abrishami Rad, Mayor of Kashan, Hojatoleslam Ansari, Director General of Culture and Guidance of Isfahan, and Governor Mortazai gave speeches.

Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini read a text he had written in part of it: The birthplace of the play is rituals. . Traditional have long been regarded as an element of cognition and a form of recording beliefs, rituals and history. The coincidence of the origin of these two phenomena has led to similarities in its external reflection and social function. The ancient land of Iran is the birthplace of unique rituals that have always emphasized the principle of monotheism, originality and social solidarity."

Hossein Hadad and Reza Karimi, two pioneer performing arts artists of Kashan were also honored.
