David Grieg's 2013 play The Events will open at the Young Vic Maria Studio on 11 July, following previews from 10 July 2014 - running to 2 Aug 2014. This new production comes to London following a UK tour, and ahead of a number of North America dates throughout 2014.

The Secretariat presents the world premiere of Bunker Girlsby Michael Punter, from 11 to 30 March 2014 at Waterloo East Theatre, a 100 to 150 capacity fringe theatre in south east London. 

Ready for a theatrical experience that floods the senses? International sensation Fuerza Bruta is to return to New York with Wayra. The innovative spectacle will premiere off-Broadway at the Daryl Roth Theatre on April 15, with opening night set for April 22.

Philosophy for Gangsters makes an offer you can't refuse as it opens February 4 at The Beckett Theatre. Written and directed by Barry and Reparta Peak, the mobster comedy will play a limited off-Broadway engagement through March 1.

Valerie Coward presents the world debut of Grimm Tales for Young and Old: An Immersive Fairytale by Philip Pullman, adapted and directed by Philip Wilson, at Shoreditch Town Hall, a fringe venue in east London, from 14 March to 24 April 2014.

Metal Rabbit in association with Southwark Playhouse present the UK stage premiere of Johnny Got His Gun, adapted by Bradley Rand Smith, based on the novel by Dalton Trumbo, at Southwark Playhouse's 'The Little Space', in south London, from 21 May to 14 June 2014. 

The Critics’ Circle Theatre Awards 2013 took place today at the Prince of Wales Theatre, London. The winners were decided by the independent votes of Drama Section members, with no panel discussions. 

Twelve Angry Menhas extended its booking period by two weeks to 15 Mar 2014 at the Garrick Theatre. 

Only Our Own by Ann Henning Jocelyn, has closed early - believed to be on Sat 18 Jan 2014. (No press release or statement was issued!). The play, directed by Lars Harald Gathe, which opened at the Arts Theatre on 10 jan 2014, following previews from 8 Jan, was taking bookings to 1 Feb 2014. 

Bakersfield Mist, a new play by Stephen Sachs, directed by Polly Teale, opens at the Duchess Theatre 27 May 2014, following previews from 10 May - running to 30 Aug 2014.

C L Theatre Collective presents the premiere of Capture the Flag, a new play by Jonathan Curry-Machado & Rodney Quinn, at the Etcetera Theatre, a 42-seat fringe venue, in Camden, north London, from 4 to 9 March 2014.

National Art Service presents the world premiere of Sun, written and directed by Alan Fielden, at St Leonard’s Church, a fringe venue in Shoreditch east London, from 5 Feb to 2 Mar 2014.
