Iran Theater- Houshang Tavakoli, a member of the policy council of the FITF, announced on the radio program of the intersection of culture the possibility of merging different cultural and artistic fields in the form of Fadjr Theater Festival.
He spoke about the reason for holding the Fadjr Theater Festival in recent situation:” I believe that the subject of the coronavirus pandemic is like the flood of Noah, which has not yet begun, and I predict that it will affect human thought for years to come.”
“In the last 40 years, a number of activities have become a habit; In other words, film and theater festivals have been held spontaneously, which has sometimes damaged the growth of cultural activities.”
Tavakoli said that such habits have stopped the mental activities of artists: "This year, considering the seriousness of this new virus, we are going to perform new solutions and ideas based on new life."
He added:” In the field of theater, the most important achievement is street theater or open space, and about 360 groups of professional and creative street theater are present on the stage.”
