Shahram Karami:

Homeland is like a mother

Shahram Karami:

Homeland is like a mother

Iran Theater-An Iranian theater writer and director, Shahram Karami, wrote in a note: "Homeland is like a mother."

Shahram Karami, a playwright and theater director, wrote a note about the aggression of the fake and aggressor Zionist regime against the land of Iran.

In a published note, he wrote: "It is very difficult to write about two precious gems of this world. Mother and homeland.”

He described: Whenever I have written about my homeland, I have felt like I am writing for my mother, and when I have wanted to write about my other mother, homeland - what a magnificent word and gem - my heart has started pounding! What is the secret, passion, and love between these two that I love the homeland like a mother's embrace?!”

He added: "I have discovered this secret. My mother's name is 'Iran'! Iran..."

Shahram Karami believes that the enemy's bloodshed in the homeland worries and angers every Iranian. One by one, the children of the mother die in their mother's arms, wounded and resentful of the enemy. The sound of the mother's cry is like the loud roar of the clouds in the sky. The wounds on the bodies of this mother's children are a great sorrow for "Iran". I want to die for the blood shed in the presence of the mother!”

“In these times, every freeman wants the embrace of a mother to protect her safety. What homeless person doesn't love a mother's embrace?! What homeless person doesn't love a mother's embrace?!"

At the end of his note, Shahram Karami concluded that the homeland is like a mother, and expressed his hope that God would protect the mother, "Iran," from the enemy.
