About the instructions for performing the license ,Shahram Karami Director General of Performing Arts Center said: “It is based on documents such as the 461 Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution Act on the Rules of Supervision and Performance Regulations that actually specify the process for obtaining a license, timing, and even a complaint handling authority.”
