The new directive is designed to attract artists

Shab Theater program aired on Tv4 IRIB networks on Saturday with the participation of Shahram Karami, director of the Performing Arts Department, to review the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance's oversight systems in the field of theater and new licensing guidelines.

Shahram karami believed:” Our theater has grown and prospered. We have over 18,000 active theater artists. Various venues in both Tehran and the provinces host activities by various theater groups and various branches of the performing arts have flourished. When it comes to theater development, it is essential to be able to expand and grow the theater and to have our own short-term and long-term plans and goals for the theater to flourish with the principles and framework of practice. “
